ILA reserves room blocks at nearby hotels with special rates according to availability. Rooms can go fast so we recommend reserving rooms as soon as possible as we often cannot add to the room blocks after they have been filled. While reservations must be made by the stated date, ILA cannot guarantee room blocks will still be available at the stated rates by this point. If you make your reservation over the phone and afterwards notice that the special rate has not been applied, please first reach out to the hotel to confirm they did not forget to apply the rate.
