Mediterranean display includes hummus with grilled pita, assorted olives, feta cheese, vegetable crudite
Cheese display includes domestic and imported cheeses, dried fruits and jams, and assorted crackers
Assorted Hor D'oeuvres including fig & goat cheese flatbread, veggie springrolls, boursin stuffed mushrooms, chili lime chicken kabobs, prosciutto and mascarpone on melons

Awards Luncheon
Noon - 1:15 pm at the Pere Marquette
Pre-registration and meal ticket required

Limoncello Chicken: seared chicken breast served with a lemon and caper butter sauce
All lunches are served with house salad or soup and bread. 
Southwest Cobb Salad: chopped tender greens, roasted corn, diced tomato, red onion, black beans, fresh cilantro, avocado ranch (vegetarian and gluten free)

 

Leadership Workshop

Youth Services Forum Author Breakfast
8:00 - 10:00 am at the Pere Marquette

Classic Breakfast Buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy breakfast potatoes, sliced melon, muffins, and individual yogurts. Served with orange juice, coffee and assorted hot teas.


Exhibits Opening Boxed Luncheon
Noon - 1:30 pm at the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit Hall C

All lunches are served with an individual bag of chips, bunch of grapes, and a freshly baked cookie and a bottle of water.
