Exhibitor Application
Exhibit with us and take advantage of our low pricing. 2025 space is limited. Applications are due by February 28 and all exhibitors will be notified by March 14.
The exhibit space is designed for tabletop showcases of goods, services, and information.
- No additional tables are allowed from outside the venue.
- This is the convention center's policy that ILA must adhere to.
If you bring your own table, you will be asked to remove it. Failure to comply will be noted and may impact if your exhibitor application is accepted for future RFN conferences.
- $150 (or two exhibit tables for $225)
- One six-foot, skirted table, and two chairs
- Tables DO NOT include access to power unless purchased for an additional $20 charge.
- Two exhibitors are allowed to split one table if they choose; however, we do not sell half tables. Contact ila@ila.org if you plan to share a table with another exhibitor.
- Exhibitors are allowed to use additional display items, such as racks and shelves.
- Exhibits are not allowed to extend more than 18 inches on either side of the table and no more than two feet in front of it.
- Exhibits are open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- All exhibitors will be asked to adhere to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Rules and Regulations.
Includes:
- Two exhibitor badges; additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at the standard registration rate.
- Name and product/service in the printed Reaching Forward North program book and conference website. Application and payment due before April 1, 2025 to be included in the printed program book.
- Lunch is NOT included. Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own lunch and a Starbucks is located on the first floor of the venue. There are restaurants near the convention center. There are sponsorship opportunities available with exhibitor tables and full conference registrations including the awards lunch.
Connect with Conference Attendees
Extend your marketing reach with an email campaign to connect with Reaching Forward North participants before and after the conference. You may order a Reaching Forward Attendee List for $150, and the list will be provided to you two weeks prior to the conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Gain recognition and drive traffic to your exhibit! Sponsor organizations are featured in the conference program and on conference signage, and they are announced at the conference. Sponsorship opportunities are available beginning at $500. Please indicate your interest, and we will contact you to discuss a sponsorship level and conference tie-in that works for you.
PheedLoop
ILA utilizes a platform called PheedLoop to list and showcase confirmed conference exhibitors. Through the PheedLoop exhibitor portal, exhibitors will have an opportunity to list their company's description and product categories, upload a logo and promotional fliers, add videos, and list contact, website, and social media. In addition, all the information that exhibitors upload to their PheedLoop listing will be available to attendees via the conference website.
