RUSA STARS ILL Discussion Group Meeting at ALA Midwinter
Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries Forum (IACRL)

For those attending ALA Midwinter in Atlanta, please join us for the RUSA STARS ILL Discussion Group. It will be held on Saturday, January 21, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, in Room B204 of the Georgia World Conference Center. This session will be an open discussion of interlibrary loan and resource-sharing topics. Some possible areas of discussion are listed below.
- patron privacy vs. record retention vs. statistics
- lending loan periods (advocate for lengthening them)–continuation of discussion from Annual
- lending whole bound periodical volumes
- lending physical DVDs, vendor restrictions
- topics from the floor
