IACRL Fall Spark Event Postponed
Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries Forum (IACRL)
November 8, 2021Spark: Open Pathways – Exploring the Intersections of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Open Educational Resources, will be delayed until the spring. The date is yet to be determined, but we are aiming for May 2022. We appreciate your flexibility.
The IACRL Conference and Continuing Education committee recognizes that there is interest in the discussions of the intersections of DEI and OER, but that our collective capacity is, understandably, low right now. There were no submissions to present for the event. Everything is taking more effort, and to that end we are hoping that by delaying the event it will give people interested in presenting the time and space to be able to do so.
Again, we appreciate your flexibility, and hope that you will still be able to join us at the rescheduled date, hopefully in May 2022.
On Behalf of the IACRL C&CE committee,
Dan Matthews
