Panelists will discuss starting a staff-led EDI Committee, their successes and setbacks, and ways to spark collaboration and inclusivity.

About the Speakers
Carly Thompson is the collection services manager at the Palatine Public Library. She has been involved with the library’s EDI Committee since its inception in 2019.
