Librarians and supporters gather on Capitol Hill May 4-5, 2015 to make their case before the new Congress--share the date with your networks, on social media, and in person with anyone you know who might be able to make the trip. ILA has reserved a block of rooms at the Capitol Hill Hotel, 200 C St., SE, Washington, DC 20003; phone: 202-543-6000; fax: 202-547-2608; $289 junior suite, 14.5 percent sales taxes are not included. Room rates include continental breakfast, complimentary wi-hi, and wine hour Monday-Friday 5:00-6:00 p.m. When making reservations, please mention Illinois Library Association or provide the block code ILA515. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is this Friday --- March 20, 2015. At that time any unsold rooms will be released to the hotel for general sale. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be on a space-and-rate available basis only.
