Opportunities to Participate in the ILA 2016 Conference

The 2016 Illinois Library Association Conference will take place in Rosemont from October 18 to 20. There are still ways that you can get involved.
Submit a Poster Session
Poster sessions at the 2016 ILA Annual Conference will be held in the exhibit hall on Wednesday, October 19, and Thursday, October 20. Submissions are invited from all types of libraries and on any topic relevant to librarianship and may include a description of an innovative library program; an analysis of a solution to a problem; a report of a research study; or any other presentation that would benefit the larger library community. The deadline for submission is Friday, July 1.
Be a Conference Intern
Calling all library school students and 2016 grads! Applications are being accepted for 2016 Annual Conference interns. Participating students receive complimentary full-conference registration. Applications are due Monday, August 15.
