Join the Libraries Transform Campaign Today
Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries Forum (IACRL)
March 11, 2016(via Sari Feldman, ALA President)
I am writing to invite you to become part of the Libraries Transform campaign this National Library Week.
National Library Week (April 10-16) is a signature time, as we celebrate the dynamic changes happening in today’s libraries. This year’s National Library Week theme mirrors our multi-year public awareness campaign.
Will you join the Libraries Transform campaign today and help us increase public awareness of the ways that libraries of all types transform people’s lives and our communities? It can be as simple as including Libraries Transform graphics on your web page and promotional materials.
In addition to the power of being part of a national effort, you will have access to the campaign’s comprehensive toolkit featuring downloadable marketing materials and support documents. When you join, you will also receive a free Libraries Transform logo window cling along with postcards and bookmarks as part of your welcome package. To learn more about joining the campaign and to see how other libraries have used the campaign to increase public awareness of all we do, visit the Libraries Transform homepage.
When we unify our message and collectively communicate our impact, we demonstrate the strength of libraries. Thank you again for your support on this effort. Have a great National Library Week!
