ILA Votes to Oppose Amendment to HB 3898

Rep. Deborah Conroy (D-46, Villa Park) filed yesterday an amendment toHouse Bill (HB) 3898, which would amend the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Article of the Illinois Pension Code effectively eliminating the supplemental benefit payment (the "13th check").
