A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Effingham for Thursday, April 3. The Holiday Inn Effingham hotel is located in the “Crossroads of America” right off of Illinois Interstates 57 and 70. and is also attached to the Thelma Keller Convention Center
