Awkward, Ill-Timed, and Startling Situations
Friday, May 8, 2020
1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Online (Zoom)
It happens to all of us: we find ourselves in the middle of a jaw-dropping, eye-popping situation that catches us unprepared and we don’t know what to say or do. This fast-paced session will give you the words and phrases to use the next time a situation finds you unaware. This session will bring to life the very situations that occur in your libraries and provide solutions for these awkward, ill-timed, and startling situations.
All Reaching Forward Friday webinars are free and recordings will be available. Registration for the live webinars is limited to Illinois Libraries. Others may view the recordings when they are available.
