Call for IACRL Poster Proposals

January 6, 2014
Join your academic colleagues from around the state for a day of education and networking on Friday, March 21.

With the growing trend in higher education to demonstrate value through student outcomes, it has become more important than ever for libraries to show our institutions what we do to contribute to student and faculty success.

Keynote Speaker Moe Hosseini-Ara, Director of Culture, City of Markham, Ontario, Canada will present "Telling the Impact Story - It's Not Just in the Numbers."

Do your performance measures really perform?  Do they tell the story for you, or are you struggling to figure out what story they're telling?  What's the difference between operational measures, performance measures and Impact measures?  Move from interpreting statistics to demonstrating value and relevance to your stakeholders and decision makers by using a framework that will allow you to tell the stories that matter, the impact story.
