The Director is responsible for collection management, state and federallly required paperwork, grant writing, providing patron and staff support as needed, tracking/reporting circulation, attending to payroll, providing scheduling, following a budget and submitting necessary local/statewide documentation and paperwork. A concise Director's report and itemized financial spreadsheet are expected at each Board Meeting. A minimum of 37.5 hour schedule. More in depth requirements available upon request with resume. 

Requirements

Masters Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Studies from an ALA accredited university required. Two years minimum, progressively responsible experience in library management and supervision, valid driver's license and insurance, ability to work weekends and occasional evening hours.
