If necessary, mail all support documentation and a copy of the nomination form to ILA (33 W. Grand Ave., Ste. 301, Chicago, IL 60654). However, email is preferable. Only award nominations with support documentation will be considered. Please see the Awards criteria for more information about specific awards.
